We are seeking enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Executives (BDEs) who can help us connect with students, institutions, and professionals across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving enrollments for our training & placement programs, and helping SparkIIT grow its impact.
Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp campaigns, social media outreach, and networking
Understand the needs of students and clearly explain SparkIIT's offerings
Conduct sales calls and close enrollments for our upskilling programs
Maintain a pipeline of prospective students in CRM or internal tracking systems
Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads
Share feedback from students to help improve the sales pitch and offerings
Maintain daily reports on outreach and conversion metrics
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Tech preferred)
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or EdTech (Freshers with good communication are welcome)
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with cold calling and sales targets
Self-motivated and eager to grow in a startup environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Initial 3-Month Probation Period: ₹12,000 per month (fixed)
Post-Probation (Based on Performance): ₹3 LPA Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives
Incentives: Additional bonuses based on student enrollments/sales targets
