Introduction
Bosch Limited, headquartered in Bengaluru, is the principal arm of the global Bosch Group in India. Since beginning operations in 1951 with a manufacturing plant in Adugodi, Bengaluru, Bosch India has grown to encompass 17 manufacturing sites and seven R&D/application centers across the country . Historical Growth
India welcomed Bosch in 1922 via a Calcutta sales office. By 1951, Bosch had established a manufacturing presence through a partnership with Motor Industries Co.
